Crispy Air Fryer Corn Tortilla Chips

1-2 tsp avocado oil or olive oil spray
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)

Method

Preparation

    Stack corn tortillas and cut into 6-8 triangular wedges using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.

    Lightly spray or brush tortilla wedges with oil on both sides - you want just enough to help salt stick.

    In a small bowl, mix salt with garlic powder and chili powder if using.

    Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over tortilla wedges and toss gently to coat.

Air Frying

    Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 2 minutes.

    Arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer in air fryer basket - work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.

    Air fry for 3-4 minutes, then flip chips and air fry another 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
